AutoTech Trends had a fragmented brand, weak trust signals, and a WooCommerce site that couldn't track what was actually working. I led brand repositioning, Shopify migration (I have opinions about this!), and a full redesign focused on surfacing quality: real photography, reviews integration, cleaner PDPs, and proper attribution.
Sales tripled.
