making things
users use
Over the last 13 years...
I’ve led design at startups and global platforms across AI, finance, healthcare, SaaS, and (incredibly complex) enterprise systems, shaping products that users adopt, trust and keep coming back to.
(which in turn has made the companies
I’ve worked for and the clients I’ve kept quite happy!)
What I’ve mastered along the way.
designing with *deliberacy*
I notice what is not working before most people see it, thinking on behalf of users, the tech behind it, and the measurable goals driving it forward. I plan deliberately, research to remove ambiguity, and build the flows and details that bring it all together.
Nothing I design is by accident.
thinking in systems & scale
I design for the long run, building systems and components that hold up across roles, teams, and product maturity.
I plan for architecture, accessibility, and scale from the start so design and engineering stay aligned and debt stays low.
owning process & driving alignment
I build trust across teams by speaking everyone’s language. I can talk strategy with investors, outcomes with leadership, and implementation with engineers.
I make things happen by keeping people connected, clear on priorities, and confident in what we’re building together.
bringing warmth & morale
I bring connection and fun to every team I join. I create space for collaboration so everyone feels heard, supported, and moving together toward shared goals.
I build trust quickly, and make work more playful (people do their best when they actually like who they’re building with)!
pushing what’s next
I often think in possibility! I love imagining what could exist and then making it real. I bring new ideas, tools/plugins, and approaches!
I push for innovation, not for the sake of novelty, but to build what’s genuinely next and needed.
visualizing the vibe
My taste, work and decisions hold up visually, technically, and emotionally.
I design for a feeling and make things beautiful across styles, brands, and products.
I bridge style and substance, whether working within existing visual systems or evolving aesthetics and creating frameworks that scale across products and teams.
Work I feel lucky to have shaped.
I am a lucky girl to have designed tools that help people work better, stay healthy, research new cures, discover great food, and now build what is next in AI.
I have also been lucky to work with leading VC and private equity firms, their referred portfolio companies, enterprise teams, emerging founders, and scrappy startups who bet big.
People trust me with their work, and I take that seriously... but we always have fun doing it!
Featured work
Highly
technical.
Highly
intuitive.
My approach to design is very left brain, right brain.
One side helps me shape how products feel and connect with people; the other helps me strategize how they’re built, from architecture to engineering to profitability.
Regardless of the design constraints, whether it’s a new AI feature or a highly regulated industry like pharma manufacturing, I care about making complicated things clear, useful, and genuinely enjoyable.
That mindset has guided my work researching, designing, coding, and influencing C-Suites, investors and teams across dozens of 0-to-1 products and enterprise-level tools.
And last thing, I care just as much about the team getting there. The best products always come from teams that trust (dare I say love!?) each other.
How can I help you?
